What is The Grief Recovery Method?

I have discovered in over 20 years of Pastoral Counseling that 99% of my clients suffered from unresolved grief. A major obstacle to lasting peace and freedom. Online Grief Recovery Method for Individuals
The online video calling Grief Recovery Method for individuals is a 7-week program using the Grief Recovery Method Handbook 20th Anniversary Edition. With the handbook, I will guide you through understanding and taking the actions steps to achieving relief from the pain, loneliness and confusion of grieving losses. The Grief Recovery Method online video calling experience is confidential, convenient and, as I've been told by my clients, very comfortable. The Grief Recovery Method for Groups
The Grief Recovery Method support groups are a 7-week program using the Grief Recovery Method Handbook 20th Anniversary Edition and are held in Ocala, Florida and surrounding cities and on Zoom video calling. I also offer Grief Recovery Method group programs for "When Children Grieve" and "Pet loss." The Grief Recovery Method group experience is a supportive, respectful, and confidential environment. A place where you can be heard, reach out to others, and discovery how to say good-bye to the pain of grieving a loss.

Bio
Helena M. Mariades, Th.D.
EDUCATION: A pastoral counselor for over 20 years, Dr. Helena Mariades was educated at Capital Bible College (Counseling Diploma), Florida Christian University (Pastoral Counseling, MA Christian Psychology, President’s Award for Achievement), and Florida Theological Seminary (Theology Th.D.) and American Association of Christian Counselor (Life Coach). She is certified as an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist by the Grief Recovery Method Institute®.
ASSOCIATIONS: Dr. Helena has been a Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and was endorsed by the AACC International Board of Christian Counselors as a Board Certified Biblical Counselor. She is ordained with Harvesters Christian Fellowship, a non-denominational Christian organization.
EXPERIENCE: In 2001, Restoration Groups, a support groups ministry, was launched by Dr. Helena in Winter Park, Florida. During that year, she also founded Restoration Counseling Ministries.Counseling was offered to Central Florida residents and to residents of the local Union Rescue Mission.
In 2007, Dr. Helena and her husband, Rev. Peter Mariades Th.D., moved and her pastoral counseling practice was reestablished. To continue counseling her valued clients in Central Florida, she incorporated online video calling counseling, which quickly extended her services to others in many cities throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
Thereafter, Dr. Helena completed her certification training to become an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist. Helping people heal from emotional pain has always been the motivating factor in her pursuit of the most effective healing tools. The Grief Recovery Method helps grievers of all types of losses complete the grieving process and say good-bye to the pain.
